Pricing questions
The money questions, answered before you have to ask.
- Is the price really flat?
- Yes. One price covers everyone on the plan, so hiring your fourth or your eighth person does not change the bill. Jobs, customers and timesheets are never capped on any plan.
- What is the setup fee?
- A one-off NZ$199 account setup fee may apply, and it is always shown before you pay. Launch promotions can waive it. There is no minimum term.
- What happens if we outgrow a plan?
- You move up a tier. Upgrades apply straight away and are pro-rated, and downgrades take effect from your next bill, so you never pay twice for the same month.
- Do you charge for the AI?
- No separate AI bill from us. Bringing your own AI over MCP is included from the Pro plan, with 3 connections and 10,000 tool calls a month, or 10 connections and 50,000 calls on Enterprise. You keep paying whoever provides your AI, and nothing more to us.
- Is GST included in those prices?
- No, prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST, which is added at the current rate on your invoice.
- Can I pay annually?
- Yes, and you get two months free: you pay for ten months and get the year.
