What happens when you click. You create your account on onyx1.app, our app. Fourteen days, the full Pro feature set, no credit card, and nothing to migrate before you start.
Prices in NZD, GST added at the current rate. Pay annually and get two months free: NZ$790, NZ$1,490 or NZ$2,990 a year plus GST. The one-off NZ$199 setup fee can be waived in launch promotions, and it is always shown before you pay.

Pricing questions
The money questions, answered before you have to ask.
- Is the price really flat?
- Yes. One flat price per plan, so hiring never multiplies the bill. You move up a plan only when the crew outgrows its headcount: Basic covers up to 5 people, Pro up to 8, Enterprise up to 15. Jobs, customers and timesheets are never capped on any plan.
- What is the setup fee?
- A one-off NZ$199 account setup fee may apply, and it is always shown before you pay. Launch promotions can waive it. There is no minimum term.
- What happens if we outgrow a plan?
- You move up a tier. Upgrades apply straight away and are pro-rated, and downgrades take effect from your next bill, so you never pay twice for the same month.
- Do you charge for the AI?
- No separate AI bill from us. Bringing your own AI over MCP is included from the Pro plan, with 3 connections and 10,000 tool calls a month, or 10 connections and 50,000 calls on Enterprise. You keep paying whoever provides your AI, and nothing more to us.
- Is GST included in those prices?
- No, prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST, which is added at the current rate on your invoice.
- Can I pay annually?
- Yes, and you get two months free: you pay for ten months and get the year. That is NZ$790 a year on Basic, NZ$1,490 on Pro and NZ$2,990 on Enterprise, all plus GST.
