Schedule the crew and take the job record to site
Plan and dispatch jobs, give assigned crew the details on their phones, and keep hours, photos, reports and safety records with the work.
When the office books a job, its customer, site and job details are already together. Schedule and dispatch the same job from a board, a Gantt view or the dispatch map, then assign the crew. Each person can see their jobs and the details they need on a phone.
Keep the site connected to the office
On site, the crew can log hours and parts, add job photos, and complete site reports and sign-offs. The records stay with the job, so the office can see what happened without piecing it together from separate messages and folders.
Put a required safety form before clock-in
Choose a safety form, such as a pre-work check or toolbox talk, and make it required for job clock-in. Each worker signs their own form before their first clock-in on that job. ONYX1 keeps the signed record; it does not write your safety system or determine which forms your work requires.
When the week is ready, crew hours appear in timesheets for review and approval. Scheduling, mobile job details, time records and site evidence stay tied to the same work.
