As the work happens, hours, photos, parts and safety records stay with the job. When it is finished, turn the job into a GST-correct invoice and carry the parts and labour into the bill. Record payments against the job and keep paid and outstanding invoices in view.
Choose how invoices reach Xero
Every plan can export Xero-ready invoice CSV files. Direct invoice sync is available on Pro and Enterprise, and can be set to move invoices in either direction. With that connection, Xero quotes can come into ONYX1; quotes raised in ONYX1 stay there and do not sync out to Xero.
