From today, Pro and Enterprise plans can connect their Xero organisation to Onyx One. One click sends you to Xero to approve access, and the connection appears in Settings with a disconnect button that works at any time.
What shipped
- A secure connect flow: you approve access on Xero's own sign-in page, and nothing about your Xero password ever touches us.
- Your Xero grant is encrypted at rest, and only owners and admins can see or touch the connection. Not dispatchers, not office staff, and never a tech.
- Export mapping lives alongside it: your sales account code and the exact GST tax-rate names your Xero organisation uses, set once.
What every plan keeps
The Xero-shaped CSV exports are unchanged and ungated: invoices, payments and contacts leave as files shaped for Xero's importer on Basic, Pro and Enterprise alike, with GST at 15% already correct.
What lands next
The connection is the foundation. Two-way sync of quotes and invoices over Xero's API is the final phase and is in build now. Connected organisations get it as it ships, and we will announce it here when it does.
As always: nothing on this site is sold before it exists. The connect button in the screenshot is the real product, running a real trade business today.
