ONYX1 now has a full help centre. It has 58 articles in 12 sections, from starting your trial to syncing with Xero, and anyone can read it at onyx1.app/help without signing in.
What is in it
- One article per task, written as steps: add your team, clock in and out, approve timesheets, invoice a job, report an incident, and the rest.
- Each article says who it is for (owners, the office or crew) and which plans include it, so you know before you look for a button you do not have.
- A search box on every page. Type what you want to do in your own words.
- Signed in, an article also shows what your own plan and role allow, and what the owner can do if something is switched off.
Where to find it
Inside ONYX1, Help sits in the menu, and a question mark beside a page title opens the article for that page. Both open in a new tab, so you keep your place. On this site, it is under Resources and in the footer.
Ask your AI
If you have connected Claude to ONYX1, ask it how to do something. It searches the help centre, answers from the articles with links, and tells you when the help does not cover your question.
Kept up to date
The help lives with the app. Before any change to ONYX1 ships, it has to state which help articles it changes, so the steps match the screens. The short guides that used to be on this site now point to the matching help articles.
