What’s new in ONYX1: November 2026

A short update on changes that help the office and crew keep the job moving.

• Public and company holidays show in timesheets and Planner. Optional iPayroll codes can add eligible holiday days off to the CSV export.
• Job Health compares approved labour hours with job progress, flags work running ahead and can forecast final hours.
• Keep subcontractor agreements, insurance and prequalification documents together. Get expiry notices, create subcontractor jobs and make purchase orders as PDFs.
• Invite a customer contact to the portal by email, with your business name as the sender.
• Owners can add passkeys such as Face ID, Touch ID or Windows Hello on supported devices and browsers.
• Use Finished earlier? to enter the time a shift actually ended.
