A client portal for your trade customers
Give each customer a login to see their quotes, invoices, site reports and safety documents, locked to their own records by the database.

Every trade business knows the calls. Did the quote come through? Where is the site report? Which job is this invoice for? The ONYX1 client portal gives your customer one place to find those answers without picking up the phone. It comes with every plan.
What your customer sees
- Quotes and estimates you have sent them, each marked Awaiting response, Accepted or Declined.
- Invoices you have sent them, marked Awaiting payment, Overdue or Paid, with the due date. They can open each one, download the PDF or print it.
- Site reports once they have gone out. A report that needs your approval does not reach them until you approve it.
- The site-specific safety plan and rescue plan for their jobs. If you require owner approval, they only see the approved version.
The quote email still carries its own link, so a customer can accept or decline without logging in. The portal is where they come back to later, when they want to know where things are at.
The right view for each person
A customer can have several contacts, and each one gets their own login. You choose what each login can see. Whole account covers every job, plus every quote and invoice you have sent them. Selected jobs shows only the jobs you tick, with their site reports and safety documents, and no quotes or invoices at all. That suits a site manager who needs the paperwork but not the bills.
Customers can also switch their own emails on or off for new quotes, new invoices and site reports.
What stays private
Your costs, your margins, your other customers and your internal job documents never appear in the portal. Drafts never appear either. This is not a screen that hides things. The database itself only hands a portal login the records it is linked to. A guessed link to someone else's invoice shows nothing.
You stay in charge
- Only the owner and admins can invite a contact, change what they see or take access away.
- Send the invite by email, or copy a sign-up link and send it your own way. The link lasts 14 days, and you can make a new one any time.
- If the customer already has an ONYX1 portal login from another business, your work shows up alongside it under the same login.
- Revoke access and it ends on their next click. You can restore it later.
- On Pro and Enterprise, your logo shows on the quotes and invoices they open.
