• Capture: a call becomes a job card in seconds, numbered with your prefix.
• Quote: build the quote from the job, GST correct, on your branding, and send it. Your customer approves it from a secure link with no account to create.
• Schedule: drag it onto the board or the planner. The crew see it on their phones.
• Work: the crew clock in from the job card, log photos and parts as they go, and the parts update stock automatically.
• Invoice: the finished job becomes a GST-correct A4 invoice in one tap. Ready to invoice only unlocks once the customer sign-off gate is satisfied.
