Templates, yours not ours

Build your own pre-start, permit to work, end of day and gear check forms as templates. Mark a template as gating and the crew cannot clock in until it is signed, which means safety happens before the timer starts, every time, without anyone chasing.

The registers

• Incidents: recorded from the field, and they can never be deleted, by any role. There is no code path that removes one.
• Certifications: certs, licences and PPE inspections in one register, with an expiry engine that warns before the date.
• Site reports: pre-start, permit to work, end of day and gear reports roll up in a nightly email to the office.

Sharing with the customer

Reports you clear for sharing appear in your customer's client portal automatically, so the building owner's where-is-the-paperwork question answers itself.
